Return Policy

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at paynesstar@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement or attempt repair, if available. If a replacement or repair is not available we will refund the purchase price of your item.

Exchanges and Sizing Policy

Due to limited inventory and restocking timelines, we do not offer traditional exchanges where inventory is held.

If you need a different size, you may return your item (if eligible) for store credit. Once store credit is issued, you may place a new order for the desired size if it is still available.

Because size charts are provided for all products, refunds are not offered for sizing issues.

Return eligibility:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Request must be made within [X] days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Inventory is not reserved during the return process and availability is not guaranteed.

Non Deliverables/Wrong Address

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, incorrect address, or failure to sign for the package, the customer is responsible for any carrier return fees and reshipping costs.

If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable:

  • Carrier return fees will be invoiced before reshipment

  • Reshipping costs must be paid before the order is sent again

  • Orders will be held until these fees are paid

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, failure to receive the package, or unavailability for signature confirmation.
